Elie Tahari Resort 2014

 I am absolutley loving this resort collection. Cool, clean and serene are the word that come to mind when scanning this collection. Usually when viewing Elie Tahari's work, its more on the couture side of life. Very glamorous, super sophisticated with a teaspoon of understated opulance.
This is the first time I hear Mr. Tahari has a resort collection, never mind see it, but it is just special

I cannot explain how much I appreciate designers who are consious of their customers. This collection is good to go for a very large audience of females. The head to toe looks are amazing, but the individual pieces could be introduced to an exisiting closet and blend very well.

I just love this collection and how easy Elie has made each of the looks look.

Bottega Veneta Fall 2013

Winter chicness! Loving this collection from Bottega Veneta. Its grown, its flirty, its boss, its strong and has a serious sense of feminity. I love how these looks have an easiness and comfort about them, yet have this working womans glamness that comes through. I love the colours, I feel like these looks are timeless and could accommodate woman of many sizes.

SAG Fashion and Daniel Day-Lewis!

First of all, can we give a massive whoop whoop to Mr. Daniel Day-Lewis for winning the Best actor SAG!(whoop whoop).  I haven't even watched the movie Lincoln yet, but his previous work only leads me to believe he is nothing but brilliant in this film.

Moving onto SAG fashion, I was seriously underwhelmed by the fashion once again this award season. I mean there is plenty of amazing couture hitting the runways, why is no one using it?! When you feel that your stylist has failed you, and you haven't got a clue where to turn, these four names will never fail you, EVER!!! Elie Saab, Tom Ford, Valentino and Versace. There are probably others, but these fantastic four designers tend to specialise in the WOW factor.

There was one star who kicked all ass's on the red carpet. She doesn't usually do it for me, but girl got it going on and I can't hate, so lets give props where it's due. Miss Amamda Syfried and Zac Posen kicked major fashion butt last night! Her make-up was right, her hair was right, the dress was perfection, in other words, she nailed it! I will say, the only f-up here could be that neck piece, maybe she could have gone with a shorter neck piece, but hey, well done on the dress! Can't wait to watch Fashion Police to find out what the gang have to say.

My best dressed for the 2013 Golden Globes

So 2 days ago it was the 2013 Golden Globes, and my favourite colour seemed to be trending! Black seemed to be the most option for a lot of the celebrities attending the 2013 Globes. I feel like this year the wow factor was almost non existant on the red carpet. Very few celebs seemed to have done a great job of really coming to the party. I love how each of these looks are dramatic, bold and strong. These women did great, and can we get a whoop whoop for the stylists who made this possible.(whoop whoop).

My best dressed was Kate Hudson in that McQueen creation. The dress is amazing! It's such a strong look once on the right body, but in many ways it has a modesty about it. This dress says McQueen, it says drama, it says I'm confident, I'm sexy and yes, I know you know it!

Giuseppe Zanotti: The most innovative shoe designer alive!

Shoes! One of the great loves of my life and, the only thing I don't mind being broke from. It seems that I have an appetite that cannot be satisfied when it comes to shoes.

About two years ago my life changed when I was "introduced" to the brand that is Giuseppe Zanotti. Fun, flirty, charasmatic, sexy and bold are just a few adjectives to describe the amazing footwear Mr Zanotti produces.

I was on Polyvore two years ago and that was how I found out about the most amazing shoe designer in the land. His shoes excite the everything in me(I know that doesn't make sense)! I do not have the words describe how fantastic his creations are and how they make me feel.

Zac Posen Pre-Fall 2013

So today I went through Zac Posen's Pre-Fall 2013 collection, and I'm loving it. This collection reminds me of one women in particular, a women who this collection could have been for back in her day. Imelda Marcos. This collections look is strong, lovely, charasmatic, romantic and refined. The look is also dramatic, but sophisticated! I absolutely adore it, and I love that this side of the Zac Posen woman existist. I love that she can be fun, cheerful and sporty, but there are times she just means business, this is one of them .

Gucci's Pre-Fall 2013 Collection!

Loving Gucci's new Pre-fall collection! It's refined, it's grown and has awesome colours for winter like caramel browns, Cherry reds, olive greens, some animal prints and my favorite colour black.

It's feminine, it's gorgeous, sophisticated and says I'm a grown ass woman! I also love the style of the shoe that was chosen. You can Never go wrong with one of the most classic shoe styles ever, the T bar! Love it!
